Top case Repaint

Top Case now looks like it should !

Looks great. That's my color bike too. I have the case, haven't painted it yet. Who did you get to do it, what type of place, and did they use BMW paint supplies? In dark color it should be good for roasting the Thanksgiving turkey too.

looks great. now all you need to do is re-cover the backrest pad to match the seats.

Local body shop I've use for years. They matched the paint with the BMW code under the seat on the gas tank cover . I hadn't thought about covering the backrest .... I'll look into it

Well this looks like another project for the GT this Winter. Better hurry before it gets warm. Still planning on a new seat too.

Sure do look nice there Sparky, but I'd get that final drive leak checked real soon.

Mine did. Twice.

The top case looks good. I thought about painting mine, but you wouldn't see it under all the bugs and road grime.
