Fiamm Horn Info

Just an FYI I went to Pep Boys this weekend to buy Fiamm horns for the bike, gotta lose the worthless stocker. Anyway looking at the Freeway Blasters, they also have a identical looking Fiamm that doesn't say Freeway Blasters on the packaging. So looking at each horn the Non Freeway Blasters they had have the EXACT same part numbers on the horn, Exact same markings, and as far as I can tell are the exact same horn for $5.00 less a piece.. So if you're gonna do a horn upgrade save $10.00 by looking at what you are actually buying.. hey $10.00 is almost a tank of gas in the GT :-)

Now let us know if they are louder than the stock ones.

Still thinking about the Nautilus ones.

Yep! Same horns. The main thing to look at is the decibel rating. If I recall it is the same. I don't remember if the freeway blaster is available in high & low tones and that may be the difference, the freeway blaster being meant for a single horn application & the "other" horns meant for dual apps. Personally I love the sound of the two tones.

Yup they are two tone. One low tone, one High. I have a wiring harness on order from Eastern Beaver. They each pull 5 amps, and I'm sure the stock wiring won't allow that much draw.
