k1200GT seating position?

To get some idea of how the seating of the new GT would compare to the R1200RT, I went to the link someone posted about checking out the new colors for the GT. I then selected both the GT and the RT and got them both to the point where I could print out a high resolution picture of each. I then lined them up and held them up to a light to compare the relative position of the bars and seat. Appears to me that the new GT bars are maybe a tad bit lower than the RT, but come back about the same distance to the rider.
Anyone want to buy a 2005 Softail Deluxe? I just order the black GT from my dealer.

Is there anything definitive on the U.S. colors for the new GT? You say you ordered a black one. That's the first I've heard of that color.

I should of said I gave my request to the dealer. They have no info as of yet. I told them what I have been reading on the internet. I will be the first to get the graphite or black or what ever color they call it. when my dealer gets one in. They probably won't even be able to put in an order until early next year, or whenever they get info from BMW. There is nothing for certain as to what colors are coming to US, and everyone is just guessing on the pricing also.

Seating position on GT

Having sat on the beast yesterday at the LB show, it seems to me the seating position with the bars fully back is just a tad bit more forward than an RT or LT. Very comfortable, IMO. The question is, which I didn't ask, how long will it take to adjust the bars - from the looks of it, not very, but that's based on just a quick look.
