Stebel horn installed today

After seeing post about the stebel on this board I got one and installed it today. The wiring harness came from Eastern Beaver Company http://easternbeaver.com/index.html
I got the Single Horn Relay Kit . A good solid wiring harness.

I cut the stock horn connector off and put female spade connectors in their place.

Everything was pretty strait forward with all the previous post about installs. Man is this thing LOUD !!! Anyone thinking of doing it, go for it ! On a scale of 1-5 of difficulty I give it a 2 . Having done mine in 1-1/2 hours I sure I could do another in half that time.

I am thinking of doing the same. I'm curious how you routed the Eastern Beaver harness and where and how you mounted the horn. Thanks

Got a pair of snips and a old piece metal made a bracket . Trigger leads to the right , horn leads to the left and main leads tucked behind the battery to be able get at the inline fuse if necessary. The relay was fasten using the right battery restraint screw. The horn bracket also used a existing mounting point. No additional holes where made to the bike.

Stebel

Did you make the hose for the air intake? Did you filter it? I have the Stebel but it didn't come with a hose - just curious. Thanks!

I'm sure it won't hurt to keep it.
