Clutch Question

Anyone else have this issue? When I let out the clutch on my new (900miles) 1300GT, I get a rhythmic "pulse" that I can feel in the bike but not the clutch lever - similar to the feeling you get when you have warped brake rotors.

If I let it out very gently, the pulse is not there, and I don't get it every time. I'm worried that I might have warped clutch plates. I am very easy on clutches - I have never replaced any of my previous 12 clutches . . .
