Underseat power options

I have about 800 miles on my new K13GT and love it. No switch problems - no dying issues - just powerful - grin on my face fun.

I've installed my GPS, radar detector, Gerbing controller, and a direct to battery aux plug. The last install is my Autocom which will go under the pillion seat.

I want the unit to power up when the bike is on. I'm looking around the tail section under the seat for a place to steal power with bastardizing the stock wiring. Any suggestions on where to suck power for an Autocom. I've seen suggestions about the heated seat switch.

I have my Baehr intercom under the passenger seat area. I just ran a power wire forward to the battery from there. It is easy to fish a wire along the side with the large side panel and small tank side panel off, as there is room to run a coat hanger wire. I did this so I wouldn't have to cut into any factory wiring. I don't like the idea of cutting into existing wiring because of the CanBus and its sensitivity, but I'm sure the seat heater would be a good place to get power at the tail.
