If your riding , go south on on 63 to 94 and head east. That is the 'Wine Road'. Make sure you detour to Hermann and visit Stonehill Winery for lunch . Even if you're not a drinker it is still cool, my wife likes it. Then there are a lot of other places to stop, the scenery is very nice too. We always come back west on 50 highway at Washington or you could go back on 70. 50HW is a 2 lane and 70 is just crazy. 94 runs along the Missouri river. Have fun, I'm sure there are other roads and sites, we just like 94.

Mick

Thanks Mick, yes I did ride here from FL. Stayed off all interstates, the best road so far was Hwy 63 . LOTS of curves and elevation changes. I think I'll just jump on the bike and go exploring. Thanks for the suggestion. If I have time in between honey-do's I'll give you're ride a try.

Just one more thing about 94. It has a lot of twisties and a lot of free samples at the dozen or so winerys. I learned the hard way and had to stay for awhile to sober up.
