Modified Front Brake Lever

I have a bit of a gimpy right hand (took to many chances as a kid and had to have it stitched back on at the wrist) and only have about 70% of grip and reach that a normal person has.

I can get a pretty good grab on the brake handle but it would really be great, and safer, if I could modify the original or buy an aftermarket that would bring the grip area about 1/2 an inch or more closer to the throttle grip.

Any ideas?

Jerry over at The Pirates' Lair is your friend. Check out these sweet Synto levers:

Kinda, sorta pricey but may be just what you're looking for.

Good luck!

I called Paul at Motorrad Performance in Calgary Canada http://www.motorradperformance.com/
and he confirmed that the Synto Levers will work for the 09 KGT (the Pirates Lair site only listed them fitting 2007-08 K1200GT)
