Bags-Connection "Daypack II" renew

I have a Bags-Connection "Daypack II" quick lock tankbag. After 2 years of use it had faded to kind of a grayish/purplish black. I decided to restore the color with Black Duplicolor - Vinyl & Fabric spray paint.
I masked-off the areas I didn't what to paint: zippers, labels and the white dashed trim. I found the best tape to use for masking was black electrical tape. Nothing else wanted to stick very well.
I painted the tankbag with 3 to 4 light coats until it looked dark black again.
