Would like to know about this too, I have the same type of problem, but have been getting used to it. My old K Bike worked great, but same thing as smiller is talking about on the GT. At higher speeds, when approaching a turn, they cancel too soon. Around town, they seem OK, but if I am at say 50 or 55 and slowing down and signal at an appropriate distance, they cancel and I find I really need to hit the button again to get signals for the last 50-75 feet before the turn. maybe I really need to wait before activating, but I DO like getting that signal activated in plenty of time before a turn.
When I push the signal button the second time, by then my speed is slower and the signals will stay activated even longer than the first time I pushed it, end result is that now the sigs are STILL on well after they need to be. So I either cancel them myself or just let it time out on it's own.
Would be nice for the sigs to stay on longer at the higher speed level.
