Another Power FRK? What is this?

i received a sample of this product. they claim is smoothing the engine, lower gas consumption, increase power, marvel box what can i say. retail price is $170-180. it is only connected to battery (+ & -) and ground somewhere near spark plugs with a long wire. they say it is not the chinese product with capacitors only but enclose programmed chip. i attach product brochure. does it worth spending time testing on dyno? i am skeptical by nature - hahaha.
anyway noticed on the market some such products that enhance the spark by conserving battery power while igniting. i assume this is one of those.
check the brochure here:

Go ahead and try it.

We can generate some dyno curves that claim something outrageously spectacular and sell them to Harley owners and make a small fortune. We can add some free air filter element Boost-It enhancer too for good measure too.

Ought to make some fun reading on the Harley forums...

If you detect any change at all I'd look for the real reason, because it won't be this device.

Sometimes theory does tell you all you need to know. I don't need to jump off the roof to know I can't fly...
