No more complaints?

Strange… Practically no more complaints in connection with K1200 gt. Does it become one of the most reliable motor bikes? Good news.
Anyway, mine becomes increasingly brilliant. (2007-35000 km)

Sure has quieted down a bit, hasn't it?

Aside from a recent tire puncture, mine has been flawless (insert one Power FRK too) after being somewhat of a BMW shop whore for 3 years of warranty issues.

Hopefully, the additional S1000RR I'm adding to the garage this spring (after their initial manufacturing run...call me superstitious) will be better than the K1200GT release.

Marquee hasn't soured me off -- yet.

My '07 has been pretty much flawless. I had the clutch noise (which I am convinced was not damaging, just annoying), and my dealership went to extraordinary lengths to make it right for me. I've had a variety of motorcycles dating back to when I was about 15 years old, and for me, the K1200GT does everything I've always wanted a motorcycle to do. I can't imagine getting rid of it, and my plan right now is to keep it until I'm too old to ride it (and then probably give it to my grandson).

My 07GT also has been everything I hoped it would be. Besides an EWS problem that my dealership took care of in less than an hour and a intermittent brake pad wear indicator light that my dealer said they will fix when I bring it in to get new tires. I could not imagine ever parting with it. I would love to add the 1000RR to the garage!!

It just seems quiet because of all the anticipation/activity on the S1000RR forum. All those other lucky people picking up their bikes.

I think the K12GT complaints were drown out by the issues being experienced with the K13GT model.

Well, my battery was dead a couple of weeks back. I put it on a trickle charger for a day and then everything was fine.

I guess if that is the extent of current problems, then

When in doubt, apply more throttle.

Yeah, all those guys who traded in their crappy old K12's for the new & improved K13's don't seem to be laughing anymore.
