Any idea what extra work you might need? Main things would be the brake fluid, and if you need the "whole" flush job or just the lines to the calipers, and will it need coolant flush?

I got whacked because I had not had the 18k service done, and I needed a set of tires. If I deduct what the tires and installation cost I was left with $750 for both the 18k and 24k service. Oil change to synthetic, oil filter, air filter, complete ABS fluid change, new spark plugs, coolant flush and refill, rear diff fluid change, check valves and what ever else the book called for.

I used to pay about $325 for service on my RT every 6000 miles so the K bike is a little cheaper to maintain - for those of use who take it to the shop. I do change my oil and add farkles. so don't totally bust my chops
