k1200gt exhaust

I have a two brothers exhaust on my bike and I think I want to quite things down a bit - but still want more performance if I can have it.

So, other than going back to stock - what is the quietest aftermarket high performance exhaust you kow of?

Im not sure that you are going to get what you want if I read your question literally.
If you want a muffler that is going to enhance performance it also needs to enhance the "breathabilty" of the exhaust.
This will mean less restriction which = louder.
I currently run a Remus with baffle out.
From what I have read the actual performance enhancements in real terms are minimal in any of these slip ons and if you want to quiet them down its even less.
If its just HP Music that you want thats another story

I have Two Brothers exhaust also: yes it's loud. I can stand it for short trips with ear plugs, but it's tough on longer hauls. When I get tired of it, I just slip the stock back on. Only takes 5-10 minutes. Also noticed that "flat spots" in mapping are more noticeable with the Two Brothers exhaust on: stock muffler seems to hide it better.

Cool

I have 25k miles on my two brothers exhaust....and it gets louder with age/miles......It was a lot quieter 10k miles ago. I will be repacking the pipe in the near future. I was originally told that the packing would 'burn out' in 20k - 30k miles.
