X 2. I have an 07 GT, and I have the Stebel Nautilus horn, which is an amazing improvement over the OEM horn. I highly recommend it. Some of the pics in the HoW are mine.

New Horn

I am in the process of installing a Stebel horn on my 07-KGT there is not much room to put this monster I must admit. I had to pull all my fairings off anyway to take care of some damage I sustained in a parking lot tipover but I still had to take the entire headlight assembly apart to get in there and build a bracket to support the beast I am a little concerned with having enough room remain to gain access to the back of the headlight assembly to replace lamps if and when there is a need, I don't want to dismantle the bike to this extent unless I really need to. I am not quite finished with the install yet but was surprised how involved the project became to just install a horn....the stock horn is a joke....literally, because I laugh everytime I use it. Any wisdom on the subject would be much appreciated. Please PM me. Thanks

JC

The Stebel horn fits nicely above the shelf under the left side fairing. I believe the Hall of Wisdom has detailed pix of this install. I wish that I had left the stock horn hooked up so that a very quick touch triggers only the stocker, but then a real push triggers the Stebel. A nice feature, and worth the trouble IMHO.

Stebel Horn kit puts the horn where you want it

Check out this kit. It is easy to install and puts the bell of the horn below the shelf:
