Fuel filter

Has any one replaced there's yet?
I have about 40,000 miles on her and just wandering if anyone has a write up and part # or crossover filter for the bike?
I have run some questionable fuel through her so over time, and many different towns.
So while I have her torn apart for tires, brakes, air filter, I figure it will not hurt to replace the fuel filter at this time as well.
Thanks in advance

There is no fuel filter on the GT. Just a screen bag over the fuel pump inlet, but no separate, replaceable filter.

It's part of BMW's reduced maintenance program.

I've put over 150K miles on GTs with no dirty fuel problems at all.

All lower 48 states plus Alaska on the K13GT in two weeks . . .

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

I don't know why I find that funny, but I do.

Sort of like "A newly improved engine (or final drive) design." You betcha.

Thanks...you really have to love all the low maintenance stuff they put on these bikes.
The never ever in a life lime have to change final gear oil, which I change yearly, the high mileage air filter that I change yearly, the ..lets just check the valve clearance and charge you $$$$ to just have a look and tell you they are good. The oh you bike stumbles at 3000 RPS , stalls when ever rattles on start up....On and on. cuz this is all normal stuff.
Thank goodness I enjoy this bike or it would have been replaced long ago.
