K1300GT Exclusive Edition now on BMW's US site

Like on www.bmwmotorrad.de, the 1300GT Exclusive edition is now offered in the US also (www.bmwmotorcyclesusa.com). Nice color and it has all the options, including top case: I wonder how they will price it against the 1600GT. Also interesting the dealers seem not to be aware of this. I am sure they put it on the US site for a reason, i.e. making it available for sale. It's also available in Canada.

So the only things making this an 'Exclusive Edition' are the matt-gray paint scheme, top box and blue background on the 'K1300GT' emblem? Maybe they are just packaging the last of the '10 GT's to move them faster?

They've had it around for a while. It's all about clearing the inventory of a canceled model. Throw together all the remaining parts and call it a "special" edition and hopefully sell a few more.

It's the final 2011 model phase out of the K1300GT: curious to see how many will be shipped into the US. They announced it a while back in Germany.
