07 TPM/alarm retrofit revisited.

Has anybody recently tried? I was thinking that since the alarm box by itself is just as pricey as the tpm/alarm combo box I may do both. The RDC sensors are expensive,so I could add them later, since I just changed tires.

This has been discussed in past threads so you may get some info by searching, but from what I recall the issue with adding factory accessories after purchase isn't always so much the cost of the hardware but the fact that BMW may not necessarily allow dealers to activate it.

Max BMW told me it couldn't be done when I asked for the TPM factory retrofit shortly after purchasing the bike.

They told me that too. Lonestar says shouldn't be a problem. Will find out on the 30th when I drop off my bike and parts.
