South West Moto Tires - Real Company?

I ordered a new set of P3's on 11/4. I did not get a confirmation email - fortunately I always print out my orders to PDF. I tried to reset my password and didn't get a notification (yes checked spam). I wrote to the contact email and didn't get a response yet and there is no phone number. I saw a bunch of people order from them on this site before I placed my order but this is odd....

I wouldn't sweat it dude. I've ordered many sets from them over the years. Never an issue. They purposely don't put a contact # on their site cause they get sick of answering the phone and the same BS questions over and over. They'll show up on your door step next week I'm sure. If not you'd be the first I'd heard of having an issue.

They are real, and solid, and I always check them when I'm needing tires. I've bought many a set of tires from them and with great service. If you filled in all the contact info on your order they will contact you if there's an issue (out of stock, etc. etc.) either by email or by phone. Prices have edged up a bit since Blaine sold the company to the new owners, but service is as good or better--and I've never received an "old" or "outdated" set of tires from them.

Hang loose,

The only issue that would hold up shipment is if your shipping address is different than the billing address for your CC.

I believe SW along with Comp Acc will hold the order till you contact them.

+1 on service from SW - several sets of tires without any issues. Always impressed at how soon they land on my doorstep.
