Accessories Mount - what type?

Gents
What type of mount is this? Specifically, I want to buy extensions/pivots to the arm portion so I can move my GPS which right now is pinned against the handlebar because the arms segments are all quite short.

Thanks, I bought this bike from someone else.

What you have is a Techmount Center Mount (3rd Generation, with Rectangular Top Plate). Usually they have a round plate, but Pirate's Lair sells them with the rectangular plates, so that is probably where the previous owner got it. (You also need the rectangular plate for a Zumo 660 or 665 GPS, maybe others. Your GPS mount looks like one of those.)

There are various different extensions that go with different generation mounts, and they are not interchangeable. Make sure you get the right one. You want either part number 3-62031 (3 inch) or part number 3-62021 (2 inch). You can find them on the Techmount website, but you cannot add them to the cart. You must order them by phone.

Call Techmounts at (866) 341-4192 and ask for Dave McCall. Their hours are 9AM-4PM Eastern time.

You're welcome. I recognized your mount, but decided to check up on the parts before posting the response. I have one of the older mounts (as pictured on the left side of the Pirate's Lair link), and wasn't sure if the parts are interchangeable. I learned that they are not.
