Do you think a new k1200rs is possible

I am seriously considering buying a new GT. But, I love my 2002 rs. I am small and this bike is perfect for me. It is the best motorcycle i have ever owned.

I know that we now have the S but was wondering if anyone thought they may release a new RS model.

Thanks

Retroboy.

Waiting for a test ride.

I'm waiting to test ride the new GT.

I have reservations about the riding position, however. It looks like the rider actually leans back some and has the elbows bent at 90 degrees. This is with the bars in the high position. If the low position corrects this, then fine. If not, perhaps someone will manufacture a bar lowering set-up.

I agree that the "S" IS the new RS. I think what we see within the next year or two is a replacement for the LT, probably built on the new four cylinder K engine, although it wouldn't be hard to make a six cylinder, or even a V-8 out of it!

Can you even Imagine a 2.3 Liter touring bike made from that engine technology. What would it take for tires to tame it?!?
