Yet Another, Well, It's Finally Here

Pick up the Graphite one tomorrow at BMW Daytona. Pretty darn exciting especially since the first one promised to me slipped thru the cracks . . .

Good luck to those still waiting . . . it's been a long time coming! Seems even longer than the S.

All ride safe and best of luck to the new owners.

That new Kawaski appears to be a BRUTE, but chain drive, fork dive on braking, and the lack of cruise control take it out of contention for me. Of course a million horsepower and neck snapping torque make up for a LOT of other shortcomings!

Congrats, John.

I haven't been able to even ride since I picked it up. And it's raining tomorrow. Life sucks.

I'm sure you mean that you were "otherwise" engaged and unable to ride...not because it was raining

Hell, I've got three rides, total of 400 miles or so on it and I've been wet each time. At least I've got the color that doesn't show dirt...

You're right. Been busy since Wednesday on a multi-million dollar consulting pursuit, and now when I have time, it's gonna be strong t-storms. This friggin' stalled front over Dallas is pissing me off. I'm hoping I can head up to Mena, AR for a day ride on Sunday.
