GT Photo Test

This is a test post to see if I can include photos. If it works you should see some photos of our old R1200ST and our new 1200GT on the day of the exchange. They were taken at the dealers before we crashed the GT.

Trying again

Ok, thats the page of the aol online album, but I think I would have to grant individual permission for that. Obviously not got it right yet.

Ok, I've uploaded 3 images onto the forum members gallery. Now....how do I get them onto this post....????

Ok, I've tried doing them directly from my PC as attachments. Lets see what happens.

Brian, go to the Gallery and open the picture you want to display. Right click on the picture and copy the "address". Then put the address between image tags, [img] [/img], in your post.

Like this: [img]*http://www.k-bikes.com/gallery/files/1/1/1/1/0/pic005.jpg*[/img],
but do not include the asterisks, they are to illustrate only.

The result.

Is it me or does the rear case look total out of place. Its not like the rear case is new to me. Before bimmers I was on HD dressers for years. Unless it looks smaller in person it looks like a bad after market add on.

Is that a trunk or a trailer on the back of that GT?

I agree it does look really big in the photos, but honest, it fits in well in real life. I used to have the small box on the ST, and it was only good for holding the sandwiches. This on holds both of our System 5 helmets easily, and my wife can go to sleep against it in some comfort (saves her talking to me over the intercom)

I was just about to call my dealer and order the big case, till I saw that picture. I'm afraid I won't be able to keep the front wheel on the ground with that thing!!
