Replacing the lowbeam on a 2007 K1200gt

Hi folks,

I am sitting in my driveway in the failing light trying to replace my low beam headlight (US model, H7). Tell me I missed that "one trick" to make this a 20 minute job. Tell me I don't have to remove all the tupperware and climb through the tailpipe to change it.

Secondly, would riding without a light for a week, in daylight, damage the bike.

If you have small hands, this one should not be as hard as the high beams.
