Repair shop knocked my 1200gt over..

was in for state inspection today and mechanic backed into my bike with a customers pickup sending in onto its left side, damaged top case rack , left saddle case, side and front fairings , clutch lever and bar weight minor scratches . They said they will pay for all bodywork , parts if needed and paint or should i go through shops insurance , but im afraid if i do they will total the bike and there are no 1200/13000 gt's around here in the Buffalo area for sale ...thanks

If it goes through insurance company, they will total it. There was a K1300GT at the dealer I go to that was dropped on it side by the owner and scratched the fairing and side panels; insurance company totaled it. If you need to get an idea of the cost of repair, take it to a dealer and have them do a parts list. I did this when I crashed my 3 month old CBR1000RR that was only insured for liability. All of the plastic pieces if you get them from BMW will come in primer, but if it is not scratched too badly with deep cuts, a body shop can repair the side panel and pannier.
