Fuse Box

I bought a Centex at the Silent Auction whilst at CCR. Paid 70 bones for it. I know, way too much, but it was for our charity this year that treated physically and sexually abused kiddo's.

Well, buying the Centex was a mistake as the Garmin 2730 (arrived today with 6 other boxes!!!!..... and no GT to put it on ) only powers externally. So, I ordered the Painless Fuse Box that has 3 hot all the time and 4 switched. It comes with a relay on the board and includes a resettable type fuse. It's weather resistant, too.

I've used one on my LT for ages. They have a great product.

Exactomundo. I used one on the LT and will use it on the GT, if it ever gets here. Will fire the relay off the white/yellow wire from low beam.

Just for another option (I know you already know this Grif), but I used the relay-controlled Centech fuse block under the passenger seat, and a 6-circuit Buss fuse block upfront that is LIVE all of the time. My GPS, cell phone charger, and intercom all get powered from the BUSS fuse block.

Grif's block is probably the best way to go...but I already had this stuff on hand.
