New KGT in the garage

Been a loyal Harley rider for years but after riding an RT on two Edewiss tours decided I wanted to try a BMW and others so about a year ago got the Buell for off road riding and then the Ducatti for fast riding, and then finally an 05 R1200RT. Rode it since May and really enjoyed it but after lurking on this site for several months and talking to KGT ridiers decided I needed one. So today found one equipped and color I wanted on floor at Ft Myers BMW so wrote the check and brought her home. Weather permitting this weekend plan on getting breakin over with so it can get serviced early next week and I can take off for longer distance ride. Will let you all know what I think of it after this weekend. I am sure it will be great.

07 BMW K1200GT - CGM
06 Ducatti ST3
06 Buell Ulysses

Congrats! That's a nice stable you have there too. Scottie's warming up to the idea of a R1200S this spring to add to the fold but I'm still work her on the idea of the MV Agusta (thanks for nothing Greg!) and a Duc would be sweet. Trying to convince her that a GS650 Dakar would be something she could ride sometimes too
