Lightbulb GT 06-07 lowered footrests - up for offer

Hi,

Anybody interested in making me an offer for a pair of Riders lowered footrest brackets from MV Motorrad - Technick GmbH to fit an 06/07 K1200GT.

They are very easy to fit and lower the existing footrest by about 40mm.

I've had them on my bike only for a couple of weeks, but due to a previous ankle injury I have limited movement in my left foot and these actually made my issue worse.

Please take a look at the following link if you're interested.

http://www.mv-motorrad.de/lshop,show...147351634,.htm

New price $212 but I'll take a sensible offer.

Postage will depend on where you are.

Cheers for now.

footrest

I noticed the rotational adjustment on these. How far forward do they roll and still give you room to shift. I have the lowering ones that dont roll and would love something to get my knees less bent

Hi David,

They rotate all the way around but there must be a practical limit to the adjustment. There is no ‘in and out’ adjustment and they do move the pegs slightly further out than stock.

When I had them on my bike I did have to adjust the gear lever to be able to change correctly. But due to limited articulation in my ankle (previous breakage), I struggled to get used to them.

They did help my knees though.

A&S cycles also stock these. (http://www.ascycles.com/detail.aspx?ID=44534)

Cheers
