Exclamation Who do I contact?

LBBMW has had my bike for 11 days now. I took it in for the brake pad wear light (again), and fueling issues (again).
Two days later I was told that the tech tried to load 9.0 and killed the computer.
On Friday I called to learn that BMW had just authorized the replacement of some hardware. I guess they couldn't bring my comp. back to life. So now it looks like I'm waiting for parts to be delivered.
My problem is that I'm scheduled to ride to Oregon this coming Friday, and ride for about 9 days. We have been planning this ride for some time.
Getting stressed out here!

Can someone give me a contact to try and expedite the repairs so my vacation (and that of others) isn't totally screwed up?

Thanks in advance.

Are you absolutely sure, no doubt whatsoever, that he tried to load Ver. 9.0 ???
Last I heard, Ver. 8.1 was the latest.
Just curious.

Ask LBBMW when they expect to have the parts for your repair. If not soon enough, ask them if they can remove the parts from a bike off the showroom floor so you can leave when you are supposed to. They screwed up! They should bend over backwards to make it right . . . ASAP!

As you've probably already read, I have seen the ver 9.0 CD. The shops started receiving them last week.

Have you asked for a loaner? Surely these guys would have something in the house that would be suitable for your trip.
