Poll: Bar Position

Following a previous thread that talked about bar positions, I thought it would be interesting to see how we ride.

Personally, coming from an R12ST and really having got to like the riding position, I have my bars as low as possible.

I'm making a kit to lower them even further. Maybe just the torch and BFH?

It might be interesting to see who bought the 'bar back' kit and installed it, but since have removed and are now going with a lower bar position.

I know I fall into this category...and would suspect that perhaps a few others do as well.

I have to add that I have my RAM mount positioned under the bars and i don't have room to lower them unless I remove the mount. I do prefer riding the twisities with them down but I really prefer riding with the XM most of the time. It's easy enough to make the change on demand.

You need another option - added a riser but want even more height. I know several folks that fall into that category.

Just ONE step/click down from the highest position now. More easy for long and relaxed rides. Though when I need more sport riding - all way down is a must for me.

Take care!
