Gadget Guy GPS Mount on my K12RS - Photos Incl.

Some pics of my new Garmin GPSMAP 376C and the Gadget Guy mounting system... so far I like this rig a lot.

I had mine mounted like yours, then I shortened the bar and now have it so that the GPS allows me to view the instrument cluster without obstruction. It still works with the big mak tank bag too. I'll try to snap a few shots to show you what I mean.

Hi,

Mounted mine in reverse of yours, for me this results in a better view of the instruments.
Sometimes use the marine mount to elevate the GPS to top of tankbag level.

Same here. My Navigator II (2610) is mounted close to the tank. I put the extension on the left to position the Escort radar unit up higher and through the windshield.

I can see all dashboard instruments this way and nothing blocks the tach or speedometer. I need to reach over the top of it all to get to the key though.

Oh, I decorated mine with some of those little chrome hex-head bolt snap covers from the Harley shop.
