Nav III in Germany

HI,
Does anyone know if any US BMW dealership will ship the new Nav III to an APO address in Germany. If so, can the european maps be added?
The reason I ask. I have a 03 K1200GT and want to add GPS for travel in Europe. I went to the BMW dealer in Kaiserslautern, Germany and the Nav III was priced at 1850 euros. Figure in 75 cents for one euro. The one in US goes for $1399
I also read that it comes with an adapter to use for your car.
