More info on Bluetooth and the Nav III

As many here know, there have been some difficulties getting the Nav III to mate properly with certain bluetooth accessories like headsets, and intercoms. Below is some email correspondence I had with Garmin. My initial inquiry is at the bottom and their reply is on the top.

I would be happy to help you with this.

Since the unit is new we are still running tests. However as long as the
headsets and unit are fully updated they should work with your unit. This is
not the case with all phones only headsets for motorcycles.

I was looking at your list of compatible bluetooth devices for the BMW Nav
III. I noticed that while you had many phones listed that there were no
listings for any of the bluetooth motorcycle intercom systems. These would
include products from Baehr, Autocom, Scala and Nolan. Are any of these
products supported and if so what ones? For the ones that are not
supported, can you give me a timeline as to when to expect support for them?
