new Radar Detector Adaptiv Technologies TPX

I met with the chief executive officer (Wayne Chen) of Adaptiv Technologies. The new TPX Radar Laser detector is out on the market. This is the first radar detector made just for motorcycles. I had the oportunity to see a tpx first hand it is a quality product. I have been in touch with SML the company that tests radard units and laser units and radar detectors. The TPX has passed all their tests. they back the unit with their certification. I can't wait for the weather to warm up and get this on the road.

PM me if you want to purchase them. I could ship you one within a week from the day you order.

Are they waterproof? I'm so spoiled by the indicative arrows on the V1, I don't know if I could live without it.

Really would like to see a link.

Yeap, they sure are.
Honestly, your best bet is to order from them directly. I'm just a dealer so it'll take longer for me to ship you the product than the manufacturer themselves.

But feel free to let me know when you need carbon fiber parts from Ilmberger.

Actually, I answered my own question when I googled it. The website says "water resistant". Of course, it's prolly purdy tight and the resistant thang is a CYA.

I have one.

It works good and is easy to install and operate.

My only complaint is that the volume of the wireless headset is too low to hear through my ER6i inner ear speakers at normal volume.(I can faintly hear the Adaptiv if I turn the volume down on the Zumo). When I bought the Adaptiv I was hoping to do away with the Autocom.

The product looks good otherwise.
