I have the 7-circuit Painless(left illustration on your attachment) on my '04 KRS. Purchased it from Summit Racing(#PRF-70207, $58.00). So far it has been bulletproof. I like the fact that it also comes with a 30Amp. auto-reset circuit breaker. It is a little large (about the size of 2 packs of regular cigarettes stacked up). I have mine mounted on the top of the left side radiator air deflector and exited the wires thru a grommeted hole in the air deflector. If you are familiar with my model, it fits behind the cruise controller and just under the cruise control cable. I haven't used all the fuses, currently running only the tankbag, heated vest, PIAA lights and radar detector.

The Touratech is a lot smaller.

Have you looked at the non-relay controlled Centech AP-1 fuse block?
