Deer close encounters

Had a high-pucker factor run-in with 7 deer this morning...

Deer numbers 5 through 7 were immediately to my right n just behind following the lead deer n straight for me, they turned away once they got ~10 feet away from me...

Speed was approx. 50mph, no collision but damn that was close. Will add the GoPro vid later...

Live to ride another day!

holy moly

Cripes! An entire Mutual of Omaha episode gunning for you!

Unmitigated risk aversion is the new Puritanism, complete with witch hunts, funny outfits, and solemn preachers thundering doom. The name of God is changed to Safety; the name of Satan is changed to Lawyer; but the object remains the same: to suck all the life out of life and make you live on the husk.

Oh man...it does appear as though Merlin Olsen wants a lol piece of yer Sprint!
My son and I do a bit of dirt-biking up north and always has me checking my drawers when yet hauling down a straight or coming into a corner and have a deer, turkey (or even a black bear) right in front of me.
Keep yer eyes open and ride safe brother!
