'85 k100 Project Bike Wont Start

I'm working on a '85 (mostly) project bike made from parts purchased on eBay- one at a time. It's all together but won't start. I have not mounted a Instrument Cluster.

No spark: 12v to the green and yellow coil wires but not the black/ blue or black/ red. There does not appear to be power to the ICU. Fuel pump is working but I do not detect power to the Injectors.

Relays? ground? Ideas? Thanks!

If the cluster isn't mounted then there's no power to the start button unless you pull the clutch in.

I worked on an '86 a while back that could no longer provide a ground from the ICU to the starter relay. Rather than replace the ICU, we provided a ground to the relay.

I'll try that... I'm not with the bike. Is that the left or right screw? It's not a part of the plug is it? Thanks!
