1985 K100rs Fuse Question

I have a 1985 K100RS bike will not start. I have spark but no fuel. I checked for power at the number 6 fuse. Fuse is good but when I check for voltage at the # 6 fuse terminal there is no power. My key is turned on.
Question is this - with key turned to on position should I have power to the # 6 fuse terminal?

Thank you,

Ray

Fuse #6 protecting the fuel pump and the fan relay, the power to this fuse comes from the FI relay.
The FI relay closes its contacts only when you pushing the starter button, or the engine is running.
If OK, you should hear the fuel pump running for 1-2 seconds after you have released the starter button.

Fuse # 6

Thank you for the reply on fuse # 6. I will try checking power at fuse # 6 terminal while I am cranking the engine.

Thanks,
