Rear brake 87 K75

I just finished installing a rebuilt master cylinder and was to replace hose from fill tank to cylinder, the one I ordered was way too short. I see that at some point they moved the fill tank up to avoid uv sunlight damage. so I need to get a new hose, however I am having trouble routing it without getting it trapped by the foot plate. guessing this is not an easy question to answer, but is their any trick to it or diagram? 1987 K75 non abs. Thanks!
