Bags Connection Tankbag with Electrification

I don't know if this has come up before, but I just ordered a SW Moto Bags Connection GS Bag with electrification kit from Twisted Throttle, after reading this on AvRider:

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=314512

This bag looks to hold 17-25 liters (bigger than the BMW not so great bag), and is narrow enough not to hit the steering/control buttons when turning.

These bags float above the painted tank cover about 1/2" so will not mar the paint. I have the Engage bag and it is great, but small. The bag attaches to a ring that screws to the gas filler ring. The electrification kit has a lower ring that is wired to your 12v source and a top ring that slips on with a pivot and locking pin for secure but easily removed access. Wire on the inside can then be connected to cig sockets, etc for powering accessories like phone, etc.

Here's a pic of the bag on a GS, it fits fine on any bike with steep tank drop off like the K12GT:

I'll post pics of the installation as soon as I get mine.

Very cool

Very clever. Why didn't I think of that? Probably because an electrified tank bang does not work for my setup. Still that is a very nice design. I am looking forward to seeing your pictures.

Cheers!
