Spyball Patriot 8510 - Remote Problem

Had a nightmare the other day when my Spyball Patriot 8510 stopped working.

After changing the batteries and moving the bike away from the mobile mast which it was parked right next to I ended up getting the AA to relay me and the bike back home.

Found no help on the web but then discovered a Spyball specialist who told me how to reset the fob.

PRESS THE LEFT BUTTON ONCE WHILE POINTING AT THE BIKE THEN PRESS AGAIN AND HOLD FOR UP TO 40 SECONDS AND YOU SHOULD GET A DOUBLE FLASH FROM YOUR INDICATORS.

YOUR SPYBALL REMOTE SHOULD NOW WORK AGAIN.

Hope this helps anyone in the future.

Not too old to rock n' roll but too young to be riding a K1200LT... quite yet.
