FirstGear heated stuff

I have a BMW extra socket kit for additional outlet for heated gear on a 2004 K12GT. Will wire it to the battery. Question: heated liner is rated 90w max and gloves are 15w each. I have used both on a 2009 Triumph Sprint to the std aux outlet and no problem. Just when idling was drawing a lot from battery. No problem over 3k rpm. The fuse that came with the kit is 5amp (?). Will my gear blow the fuse? Kit wiring is about 12-14 gauge. Can I stick a bigger fuse in there to be safe. Forgive my confusion of watts and amps-I'm no electrical engineer.
