Naming the one Gadget you can't live without that we might not already have

Perhaps something has changed since the last time the question was posed some time ago. Please tell us about some gadget you just couldn't live without. It could be something that we might all know about... or something quite obscure that will enlighten the masses.

Thanks in advance.

Radar Detector. I know, it's obvious, but you asked about the one gadget you can't live without, and on this bike if you don't have one you are going to be on a first name basis with the police.

i carry a 15 dollar Walmart bicycle cable lock. With it I can lock the helmets ( without using the crappy under seat lock),jackets, back pack, tank bag, etc to the bike. even use it to lock the bike to something! often I will lock all gear on it and run it thru the wheel to make it harder to steal the bike.

HID Headlight -- at a minimum, a low-beam HID.
