KBC Helmet comment

I recently damaged my kbc ffr. I contacted kbs, explained the situation to them that the damage was my fault and they suggested I send the helmet to them to see what they could do. Well to keep the story short it was repaired, pieces relaced including the shield, provided with a new helmet bag and shipped back to me for no charge. This is after 2 1/2 years of having the helmet. A very polite fellow(William Yoo) was my contact there.

KBC went above and beyond what they had to do for me and for this I would like to publically thank them.

When my 16 yr old son crashed his SV a few years back he was wearing KBC ( less than a week old) I contacted KBC to thank them for a great product that not only saved his life but prevented serious injury after contact with a tree. At their request I sent them the cracked helmet for testing and they sent a nice thank you package back.

KBC really inpreesed me with the repairs they did to my helmet when in all honesty I was responsible for the damage it received. The flip up part, interior, shield and a few other parts were replaced and they shipped it back to me with no charge. These people really stand behind their products. This kind of service derserves our support of their products..
