BMW Clothing Repair experience

All my BMW Aerflow II pullers broke off on a trip. I initially Stopped in to a dry cleaners explaining what I needed in terms of a repair, what an unmitigated disaster that was. They put pullers on the zippers that were so small that once zipped up I was unable to unzip.

Instead of throwing out the jacket I sent it off to rainy pass repair. Wow! first I Filled out the form , sent the package off to them. They then followed up with a phone call before they started the work to make sure we were on the same page with work and to give the actual cost for the job. I just got the jacket back. they put heavy duty zippers back in including a long puller with a BMW logo with a Gas cap on it.

I highly recommend them if you need to repair any of your gear.

If at first you do not succeed, parachuting is not for you.

excellent, thank you...both our savannah's zippers are gone (broke off) and I've been wondering where to get them replaced for a couple weeks now.

I took your advice and sent them a pair of airflow pants and a streetguard jacket, beside charging me an eye for the repair, the waist hook on the airflows lasted only one day.
Sorry but it's the truth.
