The P2's are on

I got up this morn and there was 34 lbs in the rear tire. No nails, screws, or other foreign objects. I did find a small cut that didn't bubble when I spit on it. But, to loose that much air in a day just isn't right.

So, I aired it up and made my deliveries. I really wanted to ride the old tires to Galveston and back Saturday, thinking that would toast the rear, but it wouldn't have been fun with the thought of a flat in the back of the brain pan.

So, tonight I put the P2's on. I sat there, smoked a ceegar and watched them go round and round and the Parne's balancer. Got it where very little weight was used.

One "oh shit" moment when I was torqueing the last brake caliper and it fell off the the Pit Bull stand. Reckon I'll take it off first next time. Just being lazy as it put the calipers up higher. I know the first time I changed them I took it off the stand before torqueing. The bike didn't come close to falling over, but my heart rate elevated for a couple of beats.

Tomorrow, I'll find a gravel road, scrub them in and then let y'all know what I think. What? You didn't think I'd let you know what I think? I think. (What a strange word when you say it a bunch).

What was that middle thang?
