Pirelli Angel STs

Hi all..
Recently bought a K1200R Sport (6" 190 rear) where prev owner had fitted Pirelli Angels. Hmmmm... Anyhoo, he was very complimenary about them so I went with the flow as they seemed to perform well.
Only just returned from a 2500ml tour of France & fitted a new Angel rear (primarily to match the still good front) before setting off. I can honestly say they were excellent! Mixed hot/cold, dry/wet, motorway/twisties conditions & I really couldn't fault them.
Stable, neutral, grippy & wearing very very well.

Pirelli's website don't list Angel STs as a recommended fitment for K12s yet but after over 4000mls on them I'm very happy to stick with them.

Hope you might find this useful...

Ian.

Boncer I just fitted my second set on my GT.
I loved the feel right to the end when the front suddenly just went "off"
The bike turned into a pig and I had to wrestle it into and out of corners.
This is the first time I have worn a front tyre down to the wear bars before the rear.
As I rode her away from the tyre shop with the new set on I couldnt get the smile off my face. I had my bike back!
