How to mount multiple electronics?

I was looking for a shelf of some sorts that perhaps goes over the instrument panel to mount my satellite radio and GPS, I didn't want to go with ram mounts, as they look "added on". I had them on my old bike.

Any ideas? It's for an 03 GT.
