Bike Info & Maintenance Log FREE

FREE MS Access Database - keep electronic records, much easier to refer to than having to rumage through piles of invoices and other paperwork every time you want to check something!

(NB: you will need MS Access installed on your PC or the MS Access Runtime that I understand is available for download).

Apparently the Database also works with OpenOffice for those of you who are anti-microsoft :-)

Download from

You'll need to logon to access the download - you can either register or use the following logon details:

kbikes (user name)

kbikes1 (password)

...more screenshots here:

The log is not meant to replace your bike related paperwork (receipts/invoices etc) ........just a convenient way to keep track of everything and make looking up info easy. When selling a bike there's no substitute for reams of paper to evidence service and maintenance :-)

NB: No help or support provided! :-)

An after thought - for anyone with MS Access database experience who would like to modify/improve how the database works/looks you can unlock it to work in a standard MS Access window (with full toolbars and editing options rather than just the 'user interface') as follows:

Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the mdb file.
Note - Depending on the macro security settings you might see one or more security messages on startup. You must hold down the SHIFT key until you close the security messages, or the startup options will not be bypassed.
