'04 K12RS "silver paint"

I'm trying to find a touch-up paint that matches the BMW grab bar/luggage rack. This looks like the same color that is on the frame, foot pegs, and the engine. I haven't had any luck from Bob's or Colorite. Anybody have a source for this color?

Thanks guys for the info. I didn't think about looking for the wheel paint. I'll check out both places. That's a big help.

Mike,
Have you tried this on the rims of the K12rs/gt? Looks like it's "Wurth" trying.

I used MB silver wheel paint on a K12RS rear wheel that I mounted on a K11RS. Looked fine.....

The guys in the know say that Wurth is a 'perfect' match for BMW's OEM silver used on wheels, pegs, engine covers, racks etc.

Be aware that the silver 'paint' that BMW uses is VERY THICK, almost like powder coating, a PIA to remove without beadblasting

So tell us about those Pentons, do you still have/ride them?

Hi Mike,
The Pentons are the reason for the inquiry.
The rear wheel paint looks real close to the original frame color, as I'm trying to restore them to their earlier days.
The Berkshire 100 I've had since '73. The Six Day 125 I picked up from a friend about 2yrs ago. I have been to Vintage M/C Days at Mid Ohio and met John and Jack Penton, cousin Dane Leimbach, and many more of the Penton riders from back in the day, along with the many members of the Penton Owners Group. I had team manager and rider Doug Wilford, the resident Sachs guru, rebuild my motor. He sent it back looking like new, so now I've been trying to get the rest of the bike to match it. Hopefully, they'll look like this:
